Finally there's proof that if you think you can do something, or think you can't, you're right! In this mini Distraction Dr. Hallowell talks about the "Growth Mindset" that was originally discovered by Carol Dweck, the Lewis and Virginia Eaton Professor of Psychology at Stanford University, and what that means for all of us. He talks about the difference between a "growth mindset" and a "fixed mindset" and why we should all be training our brains to think that our talents can be developed, rather than believing they're just innate gifts.

As you'll hear in this episode, Peter truly is faster than normal, as he talks faster than anyone we've had on the show thus far!
